Wow time sure does fly. One day I’m on the beach capturing the last glimpses of summer light in children’s eyes and it feels like the next day it’s already peak leaf season here in PA and beautiful crisp fall days full of color and change are upon us.
On one of these beautiful October Sunday afternoons, I had the honor of participating in the 2012 Buddy Walk of Chester County. The Buddy Walk of Chester County is a local walk to promote awareness and inclusion of people with Down Syndrome. There are Buddy Walks all over the country. The Chester County Walk was a beautiful celebration of family and community. This was my first year joining Elliot and His Funky Crew and all the other wonderful teams to help raise awareness in our community.
Please enjoy this slideshow from the event and follow this link to the gallery of images if you are interested in downloading a free digital copy of any of the images from the walk. Just hover over the image in the gallery and click the folder to download. Prints may also be purchased through SmugMug through this link.
Thank you to the Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group for inviting me to capture the day in photographs!
